KODAA primarily offers:
Because many of our products are digital and grant instant access, refund eligibility may vary by product type.
Course cancellation by customer
You may request cancellation before the program starts or before access credentials are issued.
- Duplicate payment was made
- Wrong course purchased by mistake (reported promptly)
- Technical payment issue caused multiple charges
- Cancellation requested before access is granted
Non-refundable cases
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:
- Course access has already been granted
- Recorded videos or materials have been viewed or downloaded
- Live batch has started and seat is reserved
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lack of time to attend classes
- Failure to complete the course
- Dissatisfaction based on personal preference after consuming content
- Discounted, promotional, or special offer purchases (unless stated otherwise)
Live training / batch programs
- If cancellation is requested before batch commencement, a partial or full refund may be reviewed.
- Once the batch starts, fees may become non-refundable due to reserved seat allocation and scheduling.
At our discretion, transfer to another batch may be offered where feasible.
One-to-one mentorship sessions
- Sessions cancelled by the student with prior notice may be rescheduled.
- Missed sessions without notice may be treated as completed.
- Refunds after booking confirmation are generally not guaranteed.
Duplicate / failed payments
If money is deducted but the order is not confirmed, or a duplicate payment occurs:
- Contact us with payment proof at the earliest.
- Verified duplicate charges will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refund processing time
If a refund is approved:
Bank, card, or wallet settlement time may vary depending on your payment provider.
How to request a refund

Course rescheduling / platform issues
If KODAA cancels or significantly reschedules a paid live program, users may be offered one of the following:
- Alternate batch access
- Credit note
- Replacement training access
- Refund, where appropriate
Chargebacks
Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank, please contact us first so we can review and resolve the issue quickly.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Revised versions will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
